To make your EzMLM list require that all messages are approved by the moderators before allowing them to be delivered to your list, do the following:

 • Login to your account using SSH.
 • Run the following command (where DIR is the full path of the directory where your EzMLM list is stored):
ezmlm-make -+ -m DIR
For example, if your list address was members@mycompany.com, you would run the following command:
ezmlm-make -+ -m /home/mycompany/ezmlm-members

 • Also, make sure you have some moderators. To assign moderators to your list, run the following command (where DIR is the full path of the directory where your EzMLM list is stored):
ezmlm-sub DIR/mod email@domain.com
For example, if your list address was members@mycompany.com, and you wanted to add the.boss@mycompany.com as a remote administrator, you would run the following command:
ezmlm-sub /home/mycompany/ezmlm-members/mod the.boss@mycompany.com
Need to remove a moderator? Just run the following:

ezmlm-unsub DIR/mod the.boss@mycompany.com
Note: Moderators will also have the same capabilities that you have enabled for remote administrators (since they're actually the same thing).
