An email forward, also known as an email alias, is an email address on your domain that simply forwards email to another address. This is perhaps the easiest way to set up the email addresses you want on your domain. For example, if your existing email address is johndoe@my-provider.com, you can easily set up webmaster@your-domain.com, sales@your-domain.com, info@your-domain.com to forward to the johndoe@my-provider.com address you are already using. That way you do not have to reconfigure your email program to download email from your virtual server, it will just forward to your exiting email account.
To create an email forward, use the Forwarding Email Addresses option from the Email Manager menu in ServerTools.
Email forwards can also be used to forward email to multiple addresses. Just enter more than one address in the Destination Addresses field, separated by commas.
